Welcome!

You’re looking to reconnect with who you truly are deep down. You feel like you’ve lost yourself, or perhaps you’ve never really had the chance to be who you were meant to be.

Do you find yourself thinking about who others want you to be, rather than what’s truly right for you? Do you sacrifice your own needs to avoid disappointing others? Do you feel like you’re not being honest with yourself just to keep from letting people down?

Do you find yourself changing what you say or even what you believe to please others?

Do you wish you had the courage to disagree, to speak your mind, or to say no when you really mean no?

You’re in the right place!

Rediscover Yourself

Losing yourself isn’t a failure. It’s often the result of years of conditioning, constant adaptation, and navigating relationships in survival mode. I’ll help you reconnect with who you truly are, one step at a time.

We offer workshops and presentations in three formats: one hour (1 hour), a half-day (3 hours), or a full day (6 hours).

One-hour presentation or workshop

This format covers the main themes, offers a few opportunities for self-reflection, and invites participants to ask questions that can help them continue exploring the topic beyond the session.

Half-day and full-day presentations or workshops

These formats allow us to explore a broader range of themes and subtopics while examining the concepts in greater depth. They provide additional reflection tools and practical strategies to help participants integrate what they have learned into their daily lives.

A dedicated Q&A period encourages a deeper understanding of the material and provides an opportunity to explore shared concerns and questions within the group.
